Russell Jr. came to me with XBox One controller in hand.  “The A Key doesn’t work.”  Sure enough, it was stuck down.  Looked for some info online and found the following help. (Listed below.)

Short story was that he had a rubber pad that was worn out.  (I mean, when you spend HOURS pressing the “A” key, I’m guessing they WILL wear out…)   I found a replacement part on eBay, got it in about 5 days, and we fixed the controller as good as new.

It is interesting to note that there are MANY CUSTOM parts available, so if one was wanting to build there own custom themed controller, it is entirely possible to do so.  I’m thinking that that may be the case here in this house sooner than later.
